OVERVIEW

A unique transformation of a 2-storey brick veneer apartment building of 8 units into an elegant 3-storey French Provincial stature with slate roof, arched Juliet balconies and internal remodelling of 2 and 3-bedroom apartments.

Transforming an existing 2-Storey 1960’s building into a 3-Storey French Provincial required significant builder input. Some of these design resolutions included reconfiguring mouldings to conceal the drainage elements, achieving set-downs for the shower recess, redesign of the feature piece metal arches to remove the joints and folds to achieve a seamless structure and leading collaboration to resolve the essential fire services and achieve compliance.
