This was a complex build that required thorough planning. The deep basement excavation required comprehensive drainage as well as complex structural elements including suspended slabs. The pool was construction against living room window and required unique construction methods to achieve integration. The island bench was hand crafted to accommodate a 1m overhang with bespoke backlit onyx panel.
