OVERVIEW

Innovative thinking lead to an alternative wall solution with AFS Rediwall for basement walls & waterproofing. The rainwater tanks were installed underground to achieve more outdoor space which required clever drainage solutions due to minimal hydraulic head. The bored pier & suspended slab house construction integrated with pool structure, to form a control join whilst allowing the pool to be constructed adjacent to the dining room window. We worked collaboratively in the timber selection and design of the feature stair fins. We were also able to create a feature curved bulkhead to conceal air-conditioning diffuser.
