OVERVIEW

This house renovation comprised an extension and reinstatement in Edwardian style. An impressive new kitchen is the highlight and centre-piece with french doors and granite island bench on baltic pine floorboards bathed in natural light through the skylights with integrated motorised blinds. New modern bathrooms with marble tiles and custom joinery to accommodate heated towel rails and new window.

Close collaborations with architect meant that better spaces were created by effective utilisation of the existing footing and taking advantage of the high ceilings that were accentuated by the impressive skylights.
