OVERVIEW

Mat drove much of the design aspects but in a collaborative manner to achieve better spaces as well as providing key advice on the selection of fittings and fixtures. Some examples of design improvements are the stair positions, window locations in the bathroom and parapet heights. The improvements extended outside to in better resolving the site levels and positioning of the gas meter as well as obtaining compliance.
